Wellness Coaching is a solution focused, structured and practical approach if you are stuck in a rut, lacking confidence or clarity, or simply demotivated. Coaching provides you with the tools to create your wellness vision, identify challenges and obstacles in your path, and develop strategies to move through them.

As your wellness coach we work together and formulate your personalised program specific to your needs and lifestyle. Everyone is different and a one-size fits all approach simply doesn't work.

Having trained with Australia's leading institute in coaching for managing wellbeing and stress, I take a holistic approach to health and wellness. Together we review and discuss the following areas:

After you complete a comprehensive Wellness Questionnaire, we meet via Skype or in-person for an initial session to discuss your current challenges, your vision for the future and your roadmap to achieve your desired health and wellbeing. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Over the course of your program we'll identify and discuss your priorities, set goals (short and long term), and map out your path to your desired destination.
