Hello there and welcome. As a licensed and accredited Wellness Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Personal Trainer, I work with women who like you want to manage their stress and get unstuck from unhealthy habits and negative thinking which are blocking their health, energy and vitality.
With a background in corporate marketing and the fast-paced world of advertising, I’ve experienced firsthand the negative impact of stress on both our mental wellbeing and on our physical health. In fact, almost every major illness that people acquire has been linked to stress.
And when we're stressed we often fall into a pattern of unhealthy choices. We tell ourselves that our 'ways of coping' with life are just for the short term, to help us cope in the moment. But before we know it, our poor choices have become a habit and as we know, habits can be REALLY hard to break.
And the longer the stress goes on, the harder and harder it becomes to summon the energy and the motivation to make a change. Unfortunately before we know it we have become trapped in a vicious cycle.
Constant stress and unhealthy habits can take a huge toll on your body, and often manifest in weight gain, IBS, fatigue, headaches, insomnia & sleeping difficulties, high blood pressure, breathing difficulties, and can even affect self confidence and self esteem.
With the ability to bridge the gap between the corporate world and a more holistic approach to life, I help you get clear not just on the changes that you want to create, but why you want them and what’s stopping you from achieving them.

I’ve been immersed in a holistic approach to life for over 20 years.
When I was just 15years old, doctors labelled me with ‘IBS’. It took years of allergy testing, elimination diets, blood tests, and eight biopsies testing for coeliac (I’m not…) to finally discover that no-one really knew what was wrong with me. Unexplained tiredness, troublesome gut problems, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, discomfort, nausea, and bleeding all put under the label of ‘IBS’.
I refused to accept the ‘label’ and instead turned to nature, wholefoods, and made simple but powerful lifestyle changes. I overhauled my diet completely, I began reading and researching what I was putting into my mouth. And suddenly I started to notice a change. Finally after almost a decade my energy levels started to improve, my brain fog cleared, I didn’t get sick as often, and my stomach cramps became a rare occurrence.
My food choices were literally changing my life.
My wellness journey at this point lead me away from a career in corporate advertising to Pilates, Personal Training and nutrition. I even created my own organic gluten and sugar free health food range because like me, people were struggling to find wholesome nutritious foods they could eat.
At the start of 2014, and after 4 years of being out of the advertising industry, I went back into the corporate world. From day one I became the unofficial ‘wellness guru’, and it was then that I realized where my true calling lay. Colleagues and clients would ask me regularly for tips on the best foods to eat, the exercises which would get results, and how they could kick their sugar habits and supercharge their energy levels! To formalise my ‘wellness guru’ credentials I became a Level 3 licensed and accredited Health & Wellness Coach (Wellness Coaching Australia).
But there was still a piece of the puzzle missing. And that part was the mind.
We can have the best intentions, the strongest willpower and the most focused plan to achieve our goals but if we’re being held back by limiting beliefs, old stories and sabotaging patterns then it’s an uphill battle. I believe it’s absolutely crucial to address these. And here’s where that final piece of the puzzle dropped in as I continued my studies to include Clinical Hypnotherapy.
